Congrats, hope he has a great day. I took a first day of school photo of my daughter each year, it was fun to look back at these the day she graduated high school!
each year the blink is quicker...what a cutie... he is gonna love it... and you will too... it is so much fun to watch them bloom... we give them roots and wings !
Thanks for posting that. The knots I was feeling about it all went away today (even though my thoughts kept returing to J, wondering 'how's he doing - is he feeling okay?' and knowing i'd come home to find this post...
So the knots went away, but once I saw the pix I felt sick (b/c of the bittersweetness... geez, that sounded bad!)
He looks so handsome! And he was a cute babe.
I can't believe mine is almost 9 months. I imagine it must be a little surreal to see them going to school for the first time.

Funny, the same thing just happened at my house. They aren't really old enough to be in school yet, are they??? J looks like a very big boy!

Look at him, with his hair all combed and his backpack on! How exciting, and probably difficult, too. I hope he loves it!

Great description of how the years go by. I 'blink' about 20 times a day. What a great image to capture.

Well done on J becoming a big boy - hope he has lots of fun at kindergarten. He looks very smart in his red shirt. You must be one very proud mom :)

OH good grief. It's amazing. A bean becomes a whole beanpole in one second. Love that smile, love it.
