no wip: it's J day
Sorry there are no crafty works in progress today. Although I have several things brewing, they'll have to wait. Today is J day- his last day of summer vacation. (Well, there's the weekend, but there are always weekends.) Kindergarten starts Monday, so we're living it up today, doing whatever J chooses. So far he has picked making a stepping stone, playing in the hose, making popsicles, watching a little Yogi Bear, and after N's nap, going to the pool.
Pretty good choices, kid. Happy weekend, all!

Starting kindergarten? How exciting! You have to get some good first day of school pics! Those are some of my favorites from my mom's photo albums.

oh such a sweet sweet post and a keepsake memory for J... after you get over the initial hurdle of the
first day separation..... you will love seeing your guy
learn and learn and learn... it is so much FUN. One of my good friends is a kinderg teacher.... and she just has the bestest stories about these 5 year olds....
but I do remember the anxiety of the first day. I
will be sending the be brave vibes your way on Monday. Dont forget the first day of school photo!
