what the green egg became and other things I love
I have always loved a nice egg sandwich with cheese (this time muenster) and a sprinkling of pepper on whole wheat toast.
I also love short work weeks- oooo, if only they all were this short.
and play dates. at their houses.
My energy for cleaning is fizzling out, but we're on our fourth car load to Goodwill. I love donating to and buying from second-hand stores. What could be better, really?!
I ADORE this new site. So far it's eerily beautiful and peaceful. Shari's set of black and white photographs is peaceful too. Simply perfect.
Generous people are the BEST. Have you seen how much money the auction is raising? Everything is way out of my price range, but that is quite alright!

my mom always made these for me because i NEVER got up on time and was always late for the bus. portable and delicious - what more could one ask for??
i envy the playdate ; )
seriously jonesing for Major T right now, but am trying to discipline myself to not just go when I need a lift, kwim? i sort of use it as therapy a little too much. that maybe doesn't make sense. it's about spending. oh i give up.

Egg sandwiches are a favourite in our house too, especially if eaten with a tangerine - Matthew's favourite fruit during Chinese New Year.
And well done, 4 car loads sounds like a lot of cleaning up - wish you were here to help me purge my house too :)

Mmm, egg sandwich. I wish we didn't have to think about cholesterol around here. We still get eggs now and then though -- they are too good.
I can't believe the $ the auction is raising. I keep checking it and am so excited to see the numbers, even though they are way too high for my pocketbook. Gorgeous goods.
