This is such a cute post. The photo and your description, both. We're coming up to this with Sam I think soon, thank goodness it's summer. We used the the nudey-method and it worked so well with Kale. You just need a potty in every corner of the house and your all set :)
Don't you love this moment when you realize diapers are becoming a thing of the past? My youngest has discovered the potty and wants to get on all the time too!
you go girl! in the potty. not in the undies. or on the carpet. or in the carseat (that ones tough to get out). or in your brothers room. he won't like that! good luck alicia!
That's great that she's trying! Elise is getting rather defiant about NOT having ANYTHING to do with the potty. (and it's not like we're pushing it...)
WOW- I just bought one this week. Henry is still getting used to it. We haven't tried it out yet. We definitely need to bring some books in! Good luck!
I don't know if it would help but it did my little girl, I asked her what kind of picture she would like on her big girl undies and then I bought those plain white trainers and then painted her picture on her undies (add textile medium to the paint) She loved them and tried harder to keep them clean.
Totally on the same page as you. Except mine isn't quite getting it. She likes to sit on it, but I can't seem to convince her that anything needs to go in there.
A trip has been made to the library and I'm trying to figure it out :)
aww this is so cute. and what a cute photo!!! i don't have kids of my own yet, but toilet training my dogs was pretty tough. good luck and i hope nothing else gets soiled! :)
