nothing's wrong
just feeling a little blah and bored. I think it's the weather- too much rain. I've done fun stuff and have good plans, but I'm having trouble feeling very excited. All I really want to do is stay home, bake brownies and clean out closets. SO weird.
I owe a few emails, but my computer is freaking out. The dashboard keeps frantically appearing on its own, rapid-fire style, open close open close, dink dink dink dink. It makes that noise when it does it. I gave up this morning and made an appointment at the genius bar and poof! the problem stopped. Kind of like when I was 8 days overdue with J and just scheduling the induction made me go into labor.
Well not at all the same, really.

I know what you mean about feeling blah and not entirely sure why - I get that sometimes and it feels like someone has pressed the slow-forward button on me!! Usually watching something a bit funny, a favourite film or just having a hot chocolate with some marshmallows can help! We mums forget that we are entitled to a little bit of 'blah' time too, its not just for the kids when they get a little bit cranky!!

I love this picture. I need to remember to photograph the everyday things around my house. I think years from now we'll be surprised to remember how things were in these days.

I hear you. I've been at loose ends all week. Wanting to do things yet not wanting to do anything. I blame it on the weather, too. Not really cool and crisp like fall, but dreary all the same.

Rain always makes me want to stay in bed longer and read a good book instead of anything else necessary...then make brownies or something else with chocolate to eat while watching the rain.
