we went to the beach
During Spring Break we took a little trip. Galveston, TX is rebuilding quite nicely after Ike. It was very interesting. I photographed these beach collections while we where there; I'm thinking of framing them together for our new basement.

oh my, yes you should frame them for the new basement! you know, in all of my years i have never seen a rainbow colored beach collection. yet somehow it is not surprising to me that you, miss noticing girl herself, made this beautiful discovery. welcome home. :)

I was wondering how it was rebuilding, that's really good to hear.
Yes, you really should print/frame them for the basement, they would fit perfectly there! {esp. w/ the giant foam fish} ;)

What a beautiful rainbow of beach treasures. My older daughter liked how you stood the gull feathers in the sand - she thought it looked like a family looking out at the waves.
