Hello, friends! We have been...

Picking berries and making gobs of jam,

Hanging around outside waiting for fireflies,

Sewing up a few little girlie summer night gowns,

Enjoying the first few raspberries from our own bushes,
And generally easing into summer.
Happy weekend!

Can you please share some more info about those beautiful nightgowns. I have boys myself, but sweet young nieces who are coming to visit next week. I'd love to stitch some up if it were easy enough.

The jam looks fantastic!

Miss you, A.

Do you use a pattern for your nighties, or just draft it up rough? I need to make some new winter ones for this hemisphere - any ideas?

Great blog. I like how you have the "make stuff" links on the side. I need to do something like that now that I've decided to do some tutorials. Also I like your other side items. And of course the photos and overall tone.

I love the summer nighties. I would like to make a couple for my 2 year old daughter, do you have a pattern? I'm writing from the southern hemisphere down in Melbourne Australia, so they would be perfect for this coming summer!
