we took a little walk this morning
with about 28,000 other people, thousands more than last year.
The signs on the walkers' backs were so moving. There were two kinds- In Memory Of and In Celebration Of. Some of the lists of names were impossibly long. {Sigh.}
I love you, Mom.

That's a special thing to be part of. Very moving.

these just make me tear up-
when I did the walk last I had to make sure and have a box of tissues with me
In memory of all those that faught and strength and hope to all of those fighting.

What a great way to honor and pull for those who need support. Those kinds of moments of solidarity with others are priceless.

Thank you on behalf of my Aunt Cynthia, Aunt Sandra and my Aunt Colleen. (Two lost the fight, one continues the battle).
