busy busy
Good morning to you!
I've been busy (as a bee) sprucing up our patio. We've got a beeeeea-utiful weekend ahead of us, and our living is shifting toward outdoors as much as in. I'm hoping we'll be patio ready by this evening. What shall we grill?
I woke up today with a craving for pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting. Good thing I have some pumpkin puree in the freezer!
We're at peak flowering tree season too, and it's downright amazing. It must be hard on the allergy sufferers though. I've even had to take a Claritin the last couple of days, and my allergies aren't that bad.
. . . . . . . . . . . . .
Have you seen the newest set at What Remains Inside?
Have you visited book scout?
I'm planning a bottle cutting session sometime soon. (found via Martha.) Are those not perfect for the patio?
Go look at Brian Ferry's newest set of photographs! Good golly that man is good.
. . . . . . . . . . .
Gotta go. A paintbrush and a can of outdoor stain are calling.
Have a super weekend!

those bottles glasses are great! I have a ton of stained glass supplies including my glass cutter and grinder. I wonder if I could do the same thing?
I bet some etching cream and stencils would also do the lettering perfect!
thanks for sharing, here's to a lovely weekend!
