big and little
For Christmas the last few years little N has asked for a dress for herself with a matching version for the American Girl doll. These are this year's dresses. I used this pattern which was a little persnickerty (that's a word, right?) and not all that clear, and I've sewn quite a few clothes in my time. My zipper job isn't so hot either. No worries though- they are super cute on them, and she's very happy.

This is so adorable! If I had at least an ounce of sewing skills, I would also make mini-versions of everything I own. Unfortunately, I don't at all so I can't imagine myself making one although that is a really cute project.
